 Problem registering Localizer after reinstalling Win7

Post Problem registering Localizer after reinstalling Win7
PLEASE HELP. I have tried and tried to get help via Support@Lingobit.com to no avail.

I go to www.lingobit.com/register_type.php and enter my license key and hardware fingerprint. I then get a "Thank you very much!" response but nothing else. What do I have to do to get Localizer working again?
